danke für die schnelle Antwort.

Ja, beide Verzeichnisse (sowohl das hochgeladenen unter /uploads als auch das von install.php geforderte und manuell erstellte unter /dokuwiki/data/) und ihre Unterverzeichnisse haben die Zugriffsrechte 777.

Ich habe


xoops_load("XoopsLocal");

über die Zeile 35 in der Datei functions.php eingefügt. Das ist das Ergebnis:


function xoops2doku($text){

  load_functions("locale");

   xoops_load("XoopsLocal");

 return XoopsLocal::convert_encoding($text, $GLOBALS['lang']['encoding'], @_CHARSET_BASE);

}

Ich erhalte nun folgende Fehlermeldung:


Fatal error: Cannot redeclare xoops_local() (previously declared in [...]/Frameworks/art/functions.locale.php:20) in [...]/include/xoopslocal.php on line 46

Das Problem besteht also weiterhin bzw. es hat sich verlagert.
